It proposes an action plan for financial regulators to break the cycle by which finance fuels climate change, which in turn increases climate-related risks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It proposes action on <strong>four key points<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Adopt a precautionary approach to climate risk;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:
