In the context of the climate emergency, asset owners are increasingly concerned about systemic climate risks, to which they are vulnerable in the long term. Many of them have committed to transition their investment portfolios to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 in alignment with a 1.5\u00b0C pathway. Since most asset owners invest indirectly by delegating investment decisions to asset managers, how can they ensure these asset managers properly address climate risks?
