On the eve of Climate Finance Day, the financial regulators published their annual assessment of the Paris financial center’s climate commitments. Their findings are severe: the AMF and the ACPR deplore the little progress made in one year and call on French financial actors to address in their policies “the case of companies that do not follow the IEA’s conclusions and have continued to develop fossil fuel capacities”. Reclaim Finance calls for sanctions against financial actors who ignore year after year the recommendations of regulators.
